We sell tabletop miniatures and related items. All products are made to order unless otherwise stated and are subject to availability.

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions and images are accurate; however, slight variations may occur due to the manufacturing and printing process.

All miniatures sold in this store are provided under valid commercial licence agreements with their respective designers and rights holders. We do not design any of the models ourselves. We are fully licensed to sell all products offered in our store.

4. Orders

When you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation. This confirmation does not guarantee acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including but not limited to payment issues, stock availability, or suspected fraud.

Because our products are made to order, production may begin shortly after your order is placed.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to update prices at any time. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase using the available payment methods.

6. Shipping

​

All items are made to order, and we aim to process and dispatch orders within 1 to 4 weeks, depending on order size and complexity.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the courier service used.

Please note:

• Processing times are separate from delivery times

• Delays may occur during busy periods or due to external factors such as postal delays or customs processing

We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs once an order has been dispatched.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Under UK consumer law, you may have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused and in their original condition

• You must contact us before returning any items

Refunds will be issued once returned items have been received and inspected.

Cancellations

As all products are made to order, orders can only be cancelled before production has begun. Once production has started, cancellation may not be possible. However, if you need to request a change or cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at agitedkraken@googlemail.com, and we will do our best to assist you.

Custom or personalised items may not be eligible for return unless faulty.

8. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at agitedkraken@googlemail.com, including your order details and photographs if possible.

We will offer a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with your statutory rights.
